Executive One to One Coaching

Introduction

What is it?
Executive Coaching may be described as a one to one confidential relationship, whereby a coach enables a senior executive client to develop and implement his/her own solutions to personal development and/or work related issues. It's a bit cumbersome, but it's the best we can do at the moment!

When to use it?
Executive coaching is most useful when executives want to:

- Make a step change from Manager to Leader
- Recognise the impact of their behaviour on others
- Implement culture change
- Develop more effective leadership skills
- Develop interpersonal effectiveness
- Build self confidence and personal impact
- Build higher performing teams
- Prepare for a forthcoming promotion

For executives, who are newly appointed to their job, executive coaching is particularly effective in ensuring that they make best use of their time and energy over the first six months. This applies to executives either promoted internally or recruited externally
