What is it?
Executive Team coaching is a partnership between a coach and a Leadership team to enable that team to perform better in selected areas of collective responsibility. Not the slickest of definitions, but it's the best we can muster at the moment!

For new teams, it helps them get up and running, quickly.

Most programmes run for anything between 6 to 9 months and will nearly always include group and individual coaching sessions as well as some live observation of the team in action.
