Executive Team Coaching
Programmes
We'll usually start with an exploratory meeting to see if Team Coaching is right for you.
While we tailor every programme, we typically include both Group and 1:1 sessions ( Executive 1:1 coaching ). When we work with you as a group, you'll have some of the same experiences as our 1:1 clients:
- Powerful questions and effective listening
- Goal setting and action planning
- Safe space for dialogue and challenge
- Ownership of outcomes and action plans
- Personal input from the coach
Your One to one sessions will help each of you to give of your best to the team and equally, to get most out of it. If you are the Team Leader, you'll be offered specific coaching on managing team performance after the programme has finished
In your Team sessions you will be able to set performance goals, devise action plans, monitor progress, measure success and put a plan in place to keep your progress going
Depending on what you want to achieve, you may want to draw on:
- Psychometric exercises
- Input from key stakeholders
- Tutorials from your coach on topics such as Constructive Dialogue or
Decision Making
