First 180 Days
They say that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression and that is certainly true when you take on a new job. Your first six months will either make you or break you, but the good news is that we can help you to make a real success of your first 180 days
We'll start by helping you to see what you are already doing well and, perhaps, how you could get better results from doing some things differently.
We'll provide you with a a set of guidelines, which includes some pointers as to what you should, and shouldn't do; for example, don' t attempt too much or don't let yourself be captured by the wrong people!
Your coach will help you to set meaningful goals and come up with the best way for you to measure your progress.
While your goals will be personal to you, clients typically become better at:
- Finding out the information they really need to know
- Achieving quick wins
- Building an influential network
- Creating a vision for the future
- Laying the foundations for major change
- Priortising time and energy on things that matter
Towards the end of your programme, your coach will help you to review your achievements and give you some tips to sustain and build on the progress you have made.
