Interpersonal Impact

The higher up you are in the organisation, the more you depend on others to get things done. It follows that you need to connect with these "others" in such a way that they think highly of you and want you to succeed

We'll start by helping you to see what you are already doing well and how you could get better results from doing some things differently.

You'll be able to explore how you "see" the world, and other people, and how that is linked to the way you interact with those around you. You may find that a change in the way you think makes it easier to connect with those who are important to your job

At the start of your programme, your coach will help you to set meaningful goals and come up with the best way for you to measure your progress.

While your goals will be personal to you, you are likely to become better at some or all of the following:

- Having an active network of stakeholders and contacts
- Knowing how you want others to see you
- Aligning your verbal, non verbal and written communications
- Making a good first impression
- Building authentic and mutually supportive relationships
- Influencing others to support your position

Towards the end of your programme, your coach will give you some Self Coaching tips to sustain and build on the progress you have made.
