If you are responsible for delivering business results, your team, or teams, need to perform at their very best. And, this means that you must be an effective leader. This in turn means that you'll only get that great performance if the teams know where they are going, are motivated and see their work as meaningful
We'll start by helping you to see what you are already doing well and how you could get better results from doing some things differently.
You'll be able to explore the way you "see" the world and how that is linked to the way you lead others. You may, then, find that changing the way you think, allows you to, more easily, develop better leadership behaviours
Your coach may start by getting input from your boss and other key stakeholders and may invite you to undertake a psychometric exercise. This will help you to set meaningful goals for your programme.
While your goals will be specific to you, clients typically become better at:
- Inspiring others with a Vision of the future
- Motivating people
- Enabling and coaching
- Setting stretch goals and giving feedback
- Implementing new ways of working
- Increasing the performance of their team
Towards the end of your programme, your coach will help you to review your achievements and give you some tips to sustain and build on the progress you've made
