Organisational experience
She has over 20 years experience as an Occupational Psychologist and Change Facilitator - including several years with one of the major UK-based management consulting firms. She has, also, been HR Director within a major international drinks organisation.

Training and accreditation
Mary is a Chartered Psychologist, with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a MSc in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge. She, also, holds a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Strathclyde University.
