You may choose to have your coach interview your boss and, maybe, some other stakeholders, to hear what their expectations are from you.
You will, also, have the option to undertake a 360 Feedback exercise to help you prioritise your topics for the programme.
While all our programmes are business focused, our approach is holistic. Thus, as a starting point for your programme, you may want to complete a Wheel of Life chart to show your satisfaction levels across all key areas of your life.
Your coach will be happy to use your existing psychometric data, or may recommend a specific test. However, our experience is that we don't use psychometrics that often.
