Executive One to One Coaching
Programmes
You'll start by setting up a Working Agreement with your coach. This will cover confidentiality and practicalities, such as when you'll meet and how often. Typically sessions run for 2 hours every 4-6 weeks and take place in a private meeting venue. A programme normally lasts between 6 and 9 months
The Working Agreement also allows you to say How you want your coach to work with you e.g. amount of challenge and input
As you start your programme, your coach will help you to decide, if Psychometrics, such as MBTI, might be useful. Or, indeed, it might be worthwhile for you to get input, such as 360 Degree feedback, from your key stakeholders. In any case, your coach will support you to decide on topics, which are right for you
While your coaching sessions will aim to enable you to achieve your goals, your coach will accommodate any other relevant topic you may want to work on. Equally, you may want to change your programme goals or indeed, swap a coaching session for one of our informal tutorials.
You'll usually end each programme with a review of the progress you have made and some tips from the coach to ensure you keep your progress going
Leadership will help you to work on your leadership behaviours, while, Interpersonal Impact will help you get more out of your interactions with your stakeholders. The First 180 Days will give you the best start in a new role and Sounding Board is what it says on the tin!
