Team Performance

Team activities, particularly meetings, consume vast amounts of management time and represent a significant cost. Your team, therefore, must perform at your collective best

If you don't have a specific topic to work on, we'll meet with you as a group, and individually, to help you to to identify gaps between current and desired performance levels.

When you are all clear on what you want to improve, we'll help you to establish some high level performance goals. We'll then work with you to create your customised programme

Typically the programme will combine individual and group sessions, with, possibly some stakeholder input and/or live observation of the team in action. You'll have the opportunity to get a reality check on where you are now and to set out success criteria for your desired goals. You can explore options as to what you need to do, before settling on an action plan. Finally, you can monitor how well your plan is working and adjust it as necessary to achieve your goals

At the end of your programme, you will have the opportunity to review your achievements; your coach will, then, share some tips so that you keep your progress going.
