Organisational experience
Ted has spent 12 years as a senior operational executive within a UK subsidiary of the Johnson and Johnson Healthcare corporation. He followed this with a 3 year stint at Coutts Consulting Group before founding executive 21 in 2001.

Training and accreditation
An Honours Graduate in Psychology, Ted trained at the Academy of Executive Coaching, London, where he was accredited to Advanced Diploma level. He is currently preparing for a Masters Programme in Professional Coaching and will shortly become a Faculty member at the Academy of Executive Coaching
