Tom has been a coach for over 15 years and works with board directors and senior managers in areas such as:

- "Authentic Conversations" in managing performance

Organisational experience
After a management career with Lloyds Bowmaker Finance Group, Tom moved to Sheppard Moscow and jointly set up a new Leadership Development business. He, then, formed his own company, specialising in Leadership development and Executive Coaching and now works in partnership with executive 21

Training and accreditation
Originally, an Honours graduate in Commerce, Tom is accredited and licensed in MBTI Step I and Step II; Leadership Lifestyles I and II; Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) and  Human Synergistics. He is, also, certified as a Coach in "Structural Consulting", following a 3 year programme with Robert Fritz in USA

How he works
Tom works from a "Creating" orientation which is about being clear about what you want, and bringing that into reality. He supports, listens and explores his client's perspectives whilst also challenging their thinking. He enables them to develop an awareness of what they want, what is driving them and what their reality is. This then creates the energy and momentum for clear actions to bring their vision to reality.
